I have sent my item back ,as the printed label told me to do and eBay as still telling me to post it??

I have gone back to the parcel shop and scanned my barcode again and they also say it’s been posted…

help!!!

It says it’s been sent… they scanned my barcode on the email and the barcode on the parcel too…
