I bought an item then I wanted to return it the seller has sent me a full refund but there isn’t an address or a return label to send the item back what should I do

If the seller has refunded before paying for a return label for their item,  they may not want their item to be returned.

Or, they may have made a mistake.

Send them a message to say you still have the item if they wish for it to be sent back can they send you a tracked postage label, or money to cover the cost of a tracked postage.  This can be done by bank transfer, PayPal Friends and Family payment or cheque.  Whichever suits you best.

If they have refunded first through an Bay return case you are actually under no obligation to return the item now.

If it was an inexpensive item, then cost of paying for return postage would not becworth it for the seller.

When a case is opened, seller has choice of issuing a return label and only refunding after return of item, OR just refunding without return. By refunding before return ebay would close the case assuming seller did not want return.
