Hi my daughter accidently ordered an item already in my cart , but i did'nt needed it and dont even open it when it arrived and asked for return

but the seller has refused and i've tried to contact ebay help but the app says the case has been closed .

what to do in this situation ?

If it was a private seller that doesn't accept returns then they are able to close any return requests.

There is nothing you can do in this situation.

Suggest not letting anyone else use your account! You are responsible for all activity on your account, so you bought and paid for an item from a private seller with a No Returns Policy.

The only other thing you can do in this situation is relist the item yourself and try and sell it.
