You need to provide more information please, specifically:
1) What was the stated location of the item in the seller's listing? Your most recent purchase is from a seller in Chine who lists some or all of their items as being in Milton Keynes. If is was sold as UK stock, whatever the reason for the return eBay entitles you to return it to an address within the UK.
2) What is your reason for returning it? If it's a change of mind return, you will pay for thereturn. If you opened an "item not as described" case under eBay's money back guarantee, the seller pays. (If the item was listed as being located in Chine let us know, as this is more complicated.)
Be cautious of negotiating returns privately with sellers, especially sellers in China. It's best always to read and use eBay's own return procedures.

So this was a seller in Australia, but the item location stated in the listing (from where it was dispatched) was in China?
That helps, but it's still impossible to advise you correctly without knowing your reason for returning it. I did explain the reason for this in my original reply.
