Ebay vouchers

Hi ive just bought an item and applied a sellers voucher. Ebag has not discounted the voucher and taken the full amount from my bank account. Is this correct does the discount get refunded to my bank account?

Voucher codes need to be added at checkout, otherwise you pay the full amount.
