Return scam

Hi all. I recently sold a digital download code for a game. About a week after selling buyer has opened case saying code didn't work and wants refund. I issue the refund straight away as not worth the agro and don't want bad feedback. However after looking at their profile I see they have actually used the code and put the said item up for sale themselves.

Is there anything that can be done about this? I assume not as I already issued refund but just don't see why they should be able to get away with this.

You sold the item in the wrong category, as if it was a physical item which would be sent with free Royal Mail second class delivery, and any person who bought that item from you could claim 'not received' and get a full refund.
