Return request

A buyer has requested to return an item that I know is exactly as described. She says it is faulty. I know it is not. How do I decline the return request.

unfortunately if the buyer has opened a not as described case and you decline they can escalate to eBay who will enforce a refund, put a defect on your account and you lose the selling fees.

accept, issue a prepaid returns label and refund upon return.

You can't decline.  You can either accept the return and provide a paid for returns label, or you can refund without getting the item back.

If you go for the return you may be able to appeal but all you will get from ebay, if anything, is a refund of the return postage.
