Return request problem

Recently, I ordered a lens, but unfortunately, it has a problem and doesn’t work properly. I sent the seller all the photos taken with the lens, and they accepted that it was defective. After that, I requested a return, but it has been three days now, and the seller has not accepted my request. I keep sending messages, but they are not responding.However, something strange happened today—FedEx came to my house for a collection, but I didn’t receive any email, message, or phone call regarding the return. Also, my return request on eBay is still pending. Could you explain how this process works?

Return request problem

The seller must have sent the courier outside of the ebay system.   You were right not to use it.  

 

You will be able to escalate the return to ebay after 3 complete working days and then receive a return label paid for by the seller.     So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
