I purchased a screen for s23 ultra after the seller said it was the same as the original screen when i asked them is it edge to edge, i was told yes. So when it wasnt i msged the seller asking to return this and they agreed, so i started a return request with the seller and they have now rejected the return request an now i cnt appeal the decision all screenshots will show evidence any suggestions pls T.I.A

Which case did you open?
A seller cannot close / reject a case for item not as described, but if you opened a straight return and the seller has a No Returns policy on their listing, the case will close, they will not have to refund.
Once a case is closed you cannot open another case for that item with eBay.
If the item was misdescribed or faulty, try your payment provider now, for help with a refund.

Whatever the seller promised, if you opened a case and stated that the item was the wrong size or didn't fit, that is classed as a change of mind return and the seller can close it.
It is really frustrating but I can see from the screenshots that the case is closed and can't be appealed so, as advised, try your payment provider,
A chargeback should succeed on the grounds that you have bought something online which was not as described in the listing.
Edit
I have just looked at the dates on the screenshots.
Did you leave it too long to start a return or did the case close because of inactivity?
You were initially asking about the item 3rd April, requested a return on May 4th but then didn't contact the seller or take any further action until 2nd June.
If you ignore a case or leave it inactive for 21 days, then Ebay automatically close it.
I am afraid that the fault here lies with you. If you had been more proactive, you would have been able to return the item for a full refund.

The seller does have returns accepted on the listing, and payment provider as in my bank?

No the case was opened on 30th may and closed day or 2 after. I ordered this screen to replace 1 i paid £190 for and 4 months later screen went black, so im hqving the same issue with a diff seller about that 1 which im gettin knower with coz no1 seems to be able to help me and the replys i get from ebay are just annoying and dnt help or answer my concerns. And the reason from purchasing the item i made the post about, is i couldnt get the my guy to strip down my phone to get the motherboard etc etc out up until over a week ago which is when i msged the seller once screen was tested and wasnt the screen i was told it was

Ebay allows you 30 days to start a return.
If you bought the item early in April but didn't start a return until May 30th you were simply out of the timeframe allowed to open a case.
I don't understand why you didn't open a return as soon as you received the item if it wasn't right.
Anyway, that is why the seller was able to close the case.
Even business sellers who have to accept returns only have to give you 30 days (plenty of time to notice the item didn't fit) when you buy through Ebay.
Your payment provide is the bank or credit card company you paid with.

Like i said on 1 of my replies to someone on my post, i ordered it but the guy that does anything phone wise with me was away which i didnt know and i dnt trust ppl i dnt know to let loose on an expensive phone an also all my personal data, photos vids etc etc. This is why the return request was so further on from the purchas3 date, which i explained to the seller and he said no probs sir return it for a refund which you can see from the chats i screenshot, then when i opened the return request he declined it
