Return not received

My buyer requested a return after having the item for a week, I went through the correct channels and supplied a return label but the seller still hasn’t returned the item but e bay is trying to get me to refund the buyer saying it has been delivered which it hasn’t  and there is no option for me to ask e bay to step in and cancel his request for refund.

It has been 2 weeks since I sent the return label so they have had adequate time to post it

Generally, Ebay will only say an item has been delivered if that is what the tracking states.

Go to the case and check the tracking on the carrier's website.

iI it doesn't show as delivered, or if it confirms delivery to an address that is not yours, you should contact Ebay,
