Return label

Hi ive just been to send my item to return, I went in the post office and he scanned the qr code and then said i cant give you a receipt at the moment. I wasn't happy eith that so i told him id use another post office, however because he has scanned the label i cant use it again. The seller said i need to tell ebay but i can't figure out how to

Can't you go back to the first post office?   As long as it's scanned into the system you don't really need a receipt, although it's best to get one if possible.
