Return item not delivered

Hi, buyer requested a return due to damage on arrival. I approved return and now the tracking is saying it’s been delivered to me but I haven’t received it, there no option to state it’s not been delivered and virtual assistant can’t help. What should I do?

Do the obvious things like double checking the tracking - is there GPS? What does the tracking history show? - looking around your property, checking with neighbours etc.

If the tracking looks suspect, you could try Ebay Customer services to see what they advise.
