Return item from buyer.

how can i raise a return label to send to a buyer in the USA to return an item, i originally sent through global shipping and don't have any address or zip code to raise a label from private courier.

If the buyer filed a return, you should be able to upload a label through the case. Otherwise, you might need to send the funds via PayPal, for example, so the buyer can use the funds in question to purchase a label from their end to return the item. If there is no case filed so far, you can get the buyer to open a return request and do it that way.
