I recently sold a tyre pressure gauge. The buyer reported it as damaged it wasn't but requested a refund. I asked it to be returned and they did but the gauge returned isn't the gauge I sold. I think he has kept mine and returned a similar faulty one. EBay are intent on refunding them leaving me out of pocket. I don't seem to have any protection.
