Return for refund

I purchased a faulty item and opened a request for a return.  It says ask us to step in and help from 9 may so when I go on ‘more actions’  there isn’t an option to do this.

Does any one know why this may be?

Why do you need Ebay to step in?
Have you not had a return label from the seller?

 

You may be able to ask Ebay to step in later on today - the buyer has exactly 3 days to respond.

You may be too early, option only appears 4 X 24 hours after opening case.

Try tomorrow.

Those escalation times are timed to the second.

 

You can escalate on day 4 so if you opened the case 4 days ago but say at 9 p.m.  you'd still be too early to escalate as the time now is  8.30 p.m.

 

Escalate tomorrow you should be good to go then.
