Return by buyer

Does anyone know how to cancel a return from a buyer as a seller I didn't realise that I would be charged the postage when the buyer just didn't like the item, as once I clicked accept return it started a return with me having to pay the postage costs.

If buyer opened change of mind return, they pay the postage. 

If they opened not as described case, you have to issue returns label. 

Refund in full on return. 

You can't cancel case now, unless you refund without return.
