Return been closed and i need to re. Open

I brought a faulty item and tried to get it working but it don't work so the return case was open but now been closed

You should of opened an 'Item not as described' eBay case (as it was faulty)

If you open the case do not close until you have been refunded.  If the Seller want the item returning request a Returns label from ebay.

Once a return has been closed, it can't be re-opened.

Did you close it because you thought you could get the item to work?

If you open a case and then don't return the item, or just leave the case and don't ask Ebay to step in, it might also close because of inactivity.

If you are unable to open an eBay case for 'not as described'.

Go to your Payment Provider & open a case with them stating the item was faulty on receipt.
