Return address

I'm in dispute with a purchase and PayPal have agreed a refund. 

The seller is ignoring me so I cant get a return address. PayPal want proof that I've returned it before tbe action the refund.

What can I do?

As Paypal have agreed the refund you need to ask them about the sellers return address,they are no longer part of eBay
