I have a buyer that as asked for a refund saying the print is poor quality. I have asked for a image as proof - my print looks fine on them plus seeing I take a pic of each order that I send out, I know they are good quality, plus I used that image to add onto the ebay advert to show the quality for more buyers/customers.
The buyer as send a old image from their old supplier which is a total different design to my anyway.
To me I feel that the buyer as just changed their minds and used poor quality as a poor reason to get refund.
*Any help to resolve this would be great.*

as a business seller you have to accept returns for any reason.

If I accept a return and pay for a return label for them.
Do I need to wait for the return of item then send over the refund? (That's if the item does get returned).
