How do I obtain a Return Label from eBay without adding photo evidence, please.

I am elderly, not particularly computer/iphone literate, and would love to get some help to return a wrong item sent to me.

Unfortunately for some returns ebay requires a photo of something before the request can be submitted. 

There is no way round that.
