Return Label

Ebay have sent a Royal Mail return label and the package size is not accepted by Royal Mail, apparently I need a Parcel Force return label. Sellers is telling me ebay's problem and seemingly no way to contact ebay. Thanks

Yes, you will have to try and contact someone at ebay.   Click on the help link at the top of any page, select a topic then scroll down to Contact Us.    Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent?   Repeat until you get to a real person.
