I purchased a Monitor stand for a slightly bigger monitor than I have, in the title it had a list of monitor sizes leading me to think it would fit those sizes. When it arrived yesterday, I soon found out it doesn't fit, I requested a return wrongfully under didn't fit instead of not as described. Now the return has been closed, and eBay says the decision is final. can I do anything to get my money back as I have a useless stand and I’m out of pocket.

If you used the reaseon "doesn't fit" that is classed as change of mind which sellers can refuse. You should have used "not as described".
On rare occasions ebay have been known to reopen closed cases so it's always worth asking. You can contact them using callback on here:

Failing that contact your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund.

Closed case can't be reopened I'm afraid, so best you sell it on yourself either on ebay on a collection only listing or elsewhere.

Thanks everyone. I did call eBay to try and reopen but they just adised me to resell it. I was kinda tired when I did the return and realised after I should have used not as described, not Doesn't Fit. so I guess it's my own mistake.
