Updating bank details for payouts

EBay keep asking me to update my bank details for payouts. 
I’ve tried to enter the details on line but get no response or acknowledgment it’s been done. 
The account name is always greyed out. 
Can’t get any help on line or by phone.

You can't put your name in because the assumption is that the name on your bank account will exactly match the name on your Ebay account.

If this is not the case, you may have to change your name in member details so they match.

Fair advice however did not solve. 
Solution is

Need to be on website not app. 
Need to be on eBay.co.uk not eBay.com

Need to re enter details on final page even tho they are pre-filled. 

Finally solved on a chance call back offer with a 1 to 1 agent.
