Restrictions

Hi all. We've just recieved a message that our account has been put on a 3 day restriction from listing and selling, due to counterfeit items. We are unaware of what we are actually doing wrong. We mark everthing as unbranded. We don't understand fully about vero. I've googled and researched this. How do we no if something is a copy or cannot be listed for future listings. We have alot of listings and are continuously getting items removed.

It's hard to comment on the items which were removed, as we cannot see them now or the description to see if you perhaps compared them to a high brand item ?  Even using a name in comparison to your item,  can result in the item being removed.  As said,  hard to give an exact answer in not seeing the actual item(s) involved.

The item was a clover bangle and bracelet set. The title was ' Clover Bangle and Bracelet Set Stainless Steel ' the description was AI from ebay. In specifics we marked as unbranded. Thanks for your help.
