My account is restricted I can't list buy or sell or have any payouts ,my selling  of Pokémon cards have picked up lately. EBay wants receipts of all of my single Pokémon cards, but they are gifted, my children's or second hand, and I have hundreds to get rid of and sell cheaply, I don't have receipts, I sell second hand things also, how do I resolve this, I've been a seller for years without problems like this , What's going on, can anyone advise?

Contact Customer Services. 

Contact CS first thing when lines first open at 8 a.m. for ' live agents'  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  Only speak to them.  It's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's the dulcet tones from the Emerald Isles.  Explain these were presents , gifted to you so no receipts present how do you proceed now with selling these items.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
