It's very hard for us to tell you the exact reason as we have no access to your account, messages or seller dashboard which will show you if your seller performance is lacking. With only one recent neg this is doubtfully the reason.
However, I can see some of the items you have sold and my guess, and it is only a guess , is that you breached a Vero Regulation.

Even though you have been selling those items for years, it does take that time sometimes to spot, and be reported, if rules are breached, the items are removed.
As said, it's only a guess you may well have permission from these car companies to sell their items on eBay, so this may not be the reason for your restriction.
eBay should have sent you some messages beforehand before making a permanent restriction, but I do know eBay afterwards, do not discuss any restriction with you, in detail.
