Request for Help Regarding Refund

After I purchased the item, the seller neither shipped it nor replied to my messages. This went on for about half a month, so I filed a refund request with eBay. Even after I requested cancellation, the seller still didn’t reply to me. Could you tell me roughly how long it will take for me to get the refund?

Did you ask for a cancellation or did you open a case using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to say you had not received your item?

These are different processes and neither automatically refunds you.

If you open an 'item not received' case and the seller doesn't prove delivery or refund you, then you must go back to that open case and ask Ebay to step in.

Request for Help Regarding Refund

If you've started a "not received" case within 30 days of the estimated delivery date you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days to get your refund.     So when that time has passed go to the case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

That does not get you a refund.

You need to open an 'item not received case' as long as it is 30 days or less from the latest estimated delivery date.

If a refund had been processed, then you would have an email from Ebay informing you that the seller had accepted your cancellation and was sending you a refund.

No email, no refund.

When did you buy the item?

What was the latest estimated delivery date?  That will be in the email you got from Ebay when you paid.
