Request combined postage button not showing

Hello, has anyone else had any issues with the ‘request combined shipping’ not showing up for them? Seller keeps saying it should be in the top corner, but I’ve checked everywhere and so has my partner on their account and it’s not showing.

Combined postage has not been available for ages. Buyer pays total and seller refunds excess.

Ebay has had a long time to fix this, but it is in their interest, higher fees, not to fix it.

It could be something to do with all the unnecessary “improvements” ebay makes.
