EBay have. Dismissed 2repots about a seller saying they could not find evidence in my report. My issue is a seller has messaged me sending me a screenshot of his reply from eBay customer services I believe this message tobe FAKE. The grammar is poor and it also advises the seller to ring me telling him my phone number can be found in my address details where he sent my phone. I bought a phone which was blacklisted reported lost or stolen I followed correct procedures and got my £650 back he refused my refund request But eBay and PayPal stepped in he is now saying he wants the phone back sending me threatening messages and also sending me a screenshot of a reply from eBay which agrees with him that the phone should be returned So I want him reported for this eBay have closed the case twice saying no further action can’t find the evidence in the report I submitted dispute sending them the screenshots Should I persevere of just block the seller from contacting me

You will not be able to block the seller's messages because you have been in a recent transaction with them.
If the messages are threatening, print them off and take them to the Police, they take these matters seriously.
Send the buyer a polite message that you are going to proceed as above, that should stop the messages.
If eBay have refunded you and the case is closed, the seller it would see, missed the date to provide you with a returns label. Case closed, refund made, no need to return the item, those are the rules.

If the phone is no use to you then why not tell the seller you will return it when they provide a paid returns label?
That should end things.
By the way it's possible the ebay messages are not fake. Poor grammar and advice is normal.

By refusing your request and having to involve ebay it is assumed that seller does not want item back. If he did he would have provided a return label in the first place.
As said tell him you will return when you receive the reply paid label.
It is not unusual for incorrect advice to be given by ebay, as letting seller sell again to another unsuspecting buyer is not a good idea.

If it has come up as being reported as lost or stolen I'd hand it in to your local Police station, get a reference number and let him know that's where it is.
