Report a seller

Hello,

Is it possible to report a seller for false selling?

I bought a card for my collection and got told by the seller after payment that the card had a scratch which actually looks like a tear on picture because it was in their warehouse for a long time.

I have attached the picture of the back of the card from the ad and the picture sent by the seller to show the default. You can clearly see that it is not the same card.

Open item not as described case, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund. 

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

Ignore seller excuses, open and escalate case.

I have seen seller Is in Japan. 

They may make excuses about returning or label, but escalate case to ebay on day 4 for them to sort.

It was cancelled and refund processed.

But it is clearly false advertising and a different card. I asked them to update their post.

Found it ridiculous for the price of this card
