Purchased 2 in-stock ptz camera's with the benefit of vouchers, which the seller accepted. Then got a message from the seller saying items weren't in stock, they apparently reappeared in stock when the voucher codes expired. I since then agreed to take only one of the cameras after messages back and forth.  This all started on the 25th of August. I contacted them asking for the single camera to be in my possession by September 13th or cancel the order. I found out this morning that the order has been cancelled. I believe the seller had no intention of selling the products I tried to purchase. Can I get help from eBay directly about their business practices?

Reolink .

If the seller cancelled the order citing ' out of stock' they will be penalised by eBay,  as eBay's rules state, sellers have to have the items they are selling in stock,  otherwise it disappoints buyers, who then are more than likely not to return to the site to buy.

The seller will pay a seller fee and gain a damaging defect on their account.
