Removing item from Unsold Items placed there by ebay

How can you get an item that was removed by EBay for violating selling rules, deleted from your Unsold Items tab.

i had attempted to sell a couple of tickets for an event (well below cost price) but apparently was infringing rules.

Have been unsuccessful in removing item as no functionality working to allow me to delete it.

been there for over a month now and occupation of the naughty step goes on,

Thank you for your post.

If the functionality to delete the listing is not available its likely due to it being a listing that violated policy. I understand you want it gone but it should automatically remove itself after 90 days.

As Kat says, it cannot be removed, just as you also cannot relist. You just have to put up with it for 90 days.
