I have had an item within my selling list hidden by eBay for an advertising violation (Iphone 12 accidently listed in the category of an IPhone 14). I accept this was wrong and a mistake. I changed the catagory to the correct one as eBay asked and have appealed the violation. It has been about three weeks since the appeal and I have since sold the IPhone concerned under a seperate listed item. I have heard nothing from eBay about the appeal and whilst the appeal is in progress the option to remove the violation item has been removed. I cannot find a way of contacting eBay through there help section to remove hidden item.
Can anybody help.
