Releasing funds

I sold a item recently. The tracking says it has been delivered. And even the buyer has given positive feedback on the item they bought. But after 3 days still no funds. I have sold on ebay for 7 years with 100% feedback.

As long as you are a regular seller, payment will be released 48 hours after the tracking shows delivered on Ebay.

Sometimes that means waiting until later in the day when you are expecting a payment.

For items under £25, payment should be released immediately if you receive positive feedback.

So, if the tracking shows delivered on Ebay, and it was more than 48 hours ago, contact Customer Services if your funds are not released.
