There used to be an option (many years ago) to select shops rather then private sellers on the menu.

ie there is new, used, UK only etc etc 

I would like to see the business seller option returned.

There has always been  a Business seller option on ebay.

You can sellect to show only business sellers using the filters on the left.

Select More Filters>Seller(left)>Seller>Business.
