I’ve bought a camping heater on eBay it’s still not been picked up by evri or the seller has dropped off I’ve gone to message the seller and it’s like he’s deleted his account as I go on contact seller and it goes to a blank screen I’m worried have I been scammed

Only ebay can remove an account. Members are unable to remove accounts instantly, especially sellers, as sufficient time has to pass so all potential liabilities are past.

Have you tried Message seller top right of every item.

In any case the correct way of dealing with an item not received is one day after expected delivery date open a Not received case. Sellers cannot avoid dealing with a case, but they can ignore messages just to get you out of time.

If you have any difficulty in opening a case under eBay's money back guarantee you may need to contace customer support for help. It can be problematical if the seller has been removed from eBay.

As has been said,it won't be the seller who has closed their account. eBay doesn't allow sellers to close accounts whilst the time limit for refund claims remains open.

Personally, I wouldn't even waste time trying to contact a seller who has been expelled. They may try to string you along with promises until eBay's 30 day time limit has closed. It happens all the time.

How did you pay? If any problems it may be better to  see whether your payment provider (e.g. credit or debit card) can help.
