Have you opened a relevant case? If you have received an item that is not as described start a return on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041select "Item doesn't match description". Escalate to eBay after 3 complete working days.
You will receive a return postage label paid for by the seller and get a refund once the item has been delivered back with them.
