Have you opened a relevant case?    If you have received an item that is not as described start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Item doesn't match description".    Escalate to eBay after 3 complete working days. 

You will receive a return postage label paid for by the seller and get a refund once the item has been delivered back with them.

You have given us no details,  but if you have completed a case,  refunds are not made automatically.

Once eBay notify you the refund is made,  being processed,  then it's not instantly returned to you,  and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card?  Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment?  This takes the longest,  up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
