Refunds

Hi,  I've sold some chairs and the buyer wants to send a courier to collect which I'm not comfortable with. They can't collect in person. They have all ready paid but I'm happy to give them a refund. Does anyone know the best way to go about this. Will I get charged the eBay fees?

Go to the dropdown arrow on the far right of the item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address,  that's nearest to this situation if they're too far away to collect easily.   The refund to the buyer will be issued in the process and your fee will be refunded too.
