I bought a mobility for my mother that turned out to be too big for my car. My seller was excellent and cancelled my order. What happens next and when do I get my money back?

It depends how you funded the payment.

Refunds can take a while to go back to their funding source - 7 days if debit card, up to 30 days to appear on your statement if credit card.
