Is anyone experience refunding to buyer issue? The adding payment methods to process refund seems doesn't work, it prompted system error. Have tried many times issue couldn't be resolved. Any suggestions to contact Ebay to report it? Thanks.
To contact ebay click on the help link at the top of any page. Select a topic (any topic) then scroll down to Contact Us. Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent? Repeat until they pass you to a real person.
