I have cancelled an order that hasn't been dispatched yet and is due to be dispatched until the 27th and the buyer is trying to say no returns is this correct ?

You can request to cancel an order if purchased from a Business seller --- a Private seller is not required to accept a cancellation but may agree --- see here >

You're the buyer.

You can ask a seller if they'll cancel your order but they're not obliged to unless they're a UK registered business seller (if they are it will show this at the top of their listing near their eBay name).

How long ago did you ask to cancel? Your seller may not have seen it yet.
