I have been waiting for a refund since February for faulty goods
all they offer is excuses after excuses ( we over looked your case, it’s with the finance team, we tried refunding your bank they don’t have my bank details ) eBay are not interested as it’s past 30 days
I can no longer give negative feedback back any help
