Hi, 

I was emailed and offered £10 off my Elemis cream, was told to contact the seller if I disagree and wanted my full refund. However, it’s been days I’m trying but don’t seem to find the seller or product in my history but have been charged £85 and no refund was made.

kindly help with what I must do next.

Did you buy as a guest?  If so the email ebay sent you when you purchased the cream will explain what to do if you want to return it.
