good evening. I bought a pair of boots in December and they sent me a different design. I contacted the seller and he told me that he is responsible for the mistake. He asked me to return it by dhl. He refunded the purchase money but not the money I paid to dhl to return it. If anyone can please help me.thank you
You should have returned them at the seller's expense using the ebay money back guarantee. Ebay cannot help you get a refund of the return postage if the seller won't oblige.
