 I bought this item with this address that you can see. But seller sent item in old address that not my fault so I m waiting for refund my payment. 

Unfortunately about 2 weeks not back my payment....

Please edit your post to remove your address.

If the seller did not send it to the address you used at checkout they have  no seller protection if you make a claim using the ebay money back guarantee. 

If it is now passed the expected date for delivery you can open a case for item not received.  Put your screenshot of the order into the case.   If you lose come back for advice on how to appeal.

Make sure all addresses on  your account are up to date.
