Refund

Hello,

I have sold the computer however I added a thing as "promote" which was supposed to take 11% but ended up taking 30%.Therefore I do not want to pay over 300 pounds just for fee.I want to make a refund ,but it says that only 700 will be returned and I need to pay from my personal money 200 poundes.Again.the laptop isn't sold so what is eBay taking commission from? I need eBay to complete a full refund to the buyer.

Ebay does not make refunds, you have to, but unless the buyer has requested  a refund, you still pay the selling fee and get a defect, and also negative feedback.

If you chose to promote your listing, any fee for that is in addition to the usual selling fee of 12.8%.
