Half a year ago i ordered a zara suede jacket from an ebay seller. The quality didn’t match the description, so I returned the item straight away. It arrived, but seller didn’t make a refund and stopped replying to my messages. What can I do

Nothing if it was more than 6 months ago.

The item should've been sent back to the seller via an eBay return.

On every listing right side is a link to the 30 day money back guarantee, but it only works if you follow correct procedure for returning through an ebay case.

Just returning and hoping does not work, and ebay even if within the 30 days would not get involved.
