Book or ebook that is the question !

Hi

I ordered the cookery book 'Persiana Easy' by Sabrina Ghayour on the 17/04/2026 and promptly received two emails, the first one was confirmation of my order which also stated that the delivery would be by DHL, which was what I was expecting but the 2nd email was confirmation and how to download the ebook which is not what I was expecting or wanted.

I cannot get any response regarding confirmation the book/hardback edition is actually what I wanted was being delivered by DHL and they also haven't explained why I've been sent ebook  download details, which is not what I want and would never buy anyway especially as I collect cookery books and have 5 or six of the authors books.

Can anybody help ?

Nick

Book or ebook that is the question !

Ignore the second email featuring the download. On the order details there'll be an estimated delivery date. Once that has passed you can open an eBay item not received claim.

eBay has strict rules for selling eBooks.

Seller may be aware that digital items should not be sold, and send just an envelope to prove that something physical was delivered, which would prevent a not received case being opened.

If this should happen I suggest coming back with details  and further advice can be given.
