Refund

I did not receive my order. I opened a case for a refund on 01/01/2026, but I see on my account that the case for refund has been closed. I did not receive my money back, but I see on my account that it was delivered on 06/01/2026. I didn't receive anything. I would like an explanation, or for someone from customer service to call me to clarify the situation. What else can I do? Who should I contact?

If the seller entered tracking numbers which showed delivery , eBay have to go by this.

 

Have you checked with neighbours perhaps they took in your item.  Was it Royal Mail?  Ask your postie if they left it in a safe place around your property,  or it's perhaps gone back to your local sorting office.

 

Tracking numbers showing delivery will close a case for item not received.
